Summary/Review:
In this day and age where our kids have easy access to devices and social media, this book has an important message to share with Muslim girls everywhere. The text is written in rhyme and it is a conversation between mother and daughter. I love the premise and the angle in which this story is shared. To help our mini Muslimahs find inspiration from the incredible women in Islam and touches on the characteristics that these individual sahabiyahs were known for. To be pretty wise, to be pretty brave, pretty smart, etc. The inside of the back cover has mini mirrors with the traits that we read about in the book.

This book reminds the us to see past the outer shell and to look at ourselves internally and the pretty traits that can be found inside of us.
