Review:
How clever that this book comes out in time for the fall season when we indulge in warm soups to keep us cozy in the cold months. I am excited to share this gem about the spectacular soups around the world, and I may even search up a recipe or two (or maybe more) to add to our menu this fall. I love that this book shares traditional recipes that have meaningful and rich histories behind them.
Soups included are spicy Thai, Gazpacho from Spain, Soup Joumou from Haiti, Borscht from Eastern Europe, the famous Chinese Wonton Soup, Finnish soup eaten for dessert and much more. Harira Soup is included from Algeria and Morocco which is used to break fast in Ramadan as well as Yayla Corbasi from the mountains of Turkiye.

It was a mouth-watering read that has inspired me to look up new soup recipes for our everlasting rainy days in our corner of the globe. I have also reviewed the first book, Teatime Around the World, so feel free to read the review.
