Honestly, I had no idea what to expect when I was offered this book. There are older and more academic books that focus on highlighting miracles of the Qur’an and science but nothing like this book in the market.
This book is a compilation of hadiths that are supported by modern research in science. This book is refreshing and unique.
Some items included are: rain, smiling, horseback riding and archery, teeth brushing, skin, brain health and more. Each subject has a two-page spread dedicated which includes the hadith reference, fun facts, duas and more.
The text is short, concise and catchy. The illustrations are vibrant and fun. My kids have grabbed this book off my hands very quickly after it came and loved reading through fun facts. Although I love that hadith and Qur’anic references are sourced, I wish that there was a bibliography of the scientific research was included. This is a common requirement for all non-fiction books.
This is a very unique and resourceful book for kids and great refresher for the grown-ups in their lives as well. It would be an awesome source for Islamic classrooms and centers.
