Publisher: Self-Published
Age: 3-7

Islamic Content: Gratitude & Honesty
Concerns: None

Summary/Review: In a whim, I purchased Saleem the Cat learns to say Alhamdulilah. I saw it online and found the cover to be cute and cozy so I took a chance. I didnt expect much since it is a SP book, but I actually liked it. The rhymes are not perfect but the fun plot makes the story enjoyable for little readers. The spoiled cat got lost and learned very quickly, based on his first hand experience to be grateful for what he had so the messaging didn’t feel preachy.

So when I saw the 2nd book about honesty, I knew I wanted to have it. But this book, story-wise was not as exciting as the first one. It was a little more on the preachy side and nothing happened which would trigger the cat to feel remorse about his deed.

Both cute Islamic concepts to read to little ones with a cute furry character.
