Summary/Review:
This book and its content is such a refreshing treat. Little Golden books series now has a non-fiction Ramadan book that centers Islam and Ramadan being a pillar of our faith. This years new books, I have at least 3 that avoid Islam while books push the Ramadan/Eid moon.

This book is unapologetic in its content. Mentions the Qur’an, Islam, 5 pillars and of course the essence of the joly month of Ramadan (fasting, giving charity, doing good deeds, worship and others)

With the exception of the illustrations on one page as I mentioned it above, the rest of the book (pictures and content) is spot on. The text is simple and easy to follow. It transiions from one page to the next smoothly and in flow.

This book is a must read.
